    hi all:

    i have windows 2000 pro i am unable to perform task manager it did disable from systems when i type in run “taskmgr” messgae appear “it has been disable” . How can i enable this.

    Please help me

      If you are logged on with an accoutn with administrative privileges and cannot open Task Manager, then you have been infected by a virus.

      Scan and clean the infected PC.

      Could it be disabled by a policy? Look here:
      Start, Run, type gpedit.msc and click OK
      go to User Configuration Administrative Templates
      System Ctrl+Alt+Delete Options
      Remove Task Manager
