Task Manager with no tabs or menu

My task manager on Windows 2000 some how changed so that all I see is the processes. It doesn’t have the tabs or the menus on the window or a title bar so to close it I have to right click from the task bar.

Is there a way to reset something in the registry or somewhere else?
