Task Scheduler

I have a programmer at my company who wants to change the account on the Task Scheduler in services menu. The area where it says Log On As:. We use Windows NT 4 SP 5. I have tried logging as administrator, locally and I even looked in the registry. Can this be done Thank you for your help.
