I have an executable that ftp’s a file from another machine, then updates tables within a database. I can run it fine from the command prompt. It requires no responses.
However, when I run it through the task scheduler, the window opens as it begins to run, but won’t actually continue until I click anywhere within the window.
This executable worked fine on a Winnt server, but is giving me fits on this Windows 2000 server.
How can I make it run unattended from the task scheduler?
