This question is like asking "how do I wire this house?" It depends on your Operating System and your software, and what you want to accomplish. Then you have to make sure you configure your routers and clients correctly...........
IP ports are set with in the Internet Server software. Most definitly NOT the CMOS. If you are using IIS4 set them in the "Default Web Site Properties"
