Do you have a DNS server installed or are you running WINS? Make sure that you have the correct subnet mask and gateway, etc

On one of the W95 system go into network properties remove ALL the components (clients, protocols and adapters), reboot and reload them. then reload the settings and make sure the subnet mask is identical on all system. also the network part of you ip addresses should be identical. So for instance if you are using this ip address range 192.168.100.x (where x can be 1 through 254) and the subnet mask will be 255.255.255.0. Then the network is 192.168.100 and the ip is x the has to be unique on all systems.
Hope this helps
