I have XP Pro and Task Manager (Proceseses tab) shows tcpsvcs.exe using 99% of CPU. The PC has been VERY sluggihs in doing anything. I have scanned for viruses and spyware. Can’t figure out what’s going on. Any opinions or advice would be appreciated.
