Jadun – My first reaction would be to ask the Teacher what type of grammmer, i.e. composition, sentence construcltion, spelling? Then ask how does the Teacher want the concept presented, visual, hearing blackboard? Then, what level of grammar is to be taught?
In a capsule, the Teacher wants a techingh aid and the Tech Coordinator has been tasked to construct the aid. What does the Teacher desire?

That depends upon what you mean by “help him or teach grammer concept”. Were you stating that the teacher wants you to actually teach a student? Or did the teacher want you to produce sometype of technological aid?

If the teacher is asking you todo something outside of your field of expertise (and you don’t wish to do it), just politely decline stating that you don’t feel qualified.

If the teacher is asking for technological help, then you can either try to write something yourself (makesure you get very detailed instructions on what exactly the teacher wants.) You could also buy or download software that has already been developed by professionals.

One website that you can try is:
      http://englishplus.com/gramslam.html

but you can find many others by going to a search engine or just browsing at your local software store.

      Hope this helps.
