I teach office employees how to work with E-mails.
The matter in question are basics.
During the class I offer practice tests like:
1. sending an e-mail to one or multiple recipients;
2. sending a letter with a document as an attachment;
3. same with an archived document as an attachemnt;
3. replying;
4. forwarding;
5. working with the address book.
(I do not touch filtering as it is offered at a higher level of training).
Do you think that basics should include teaching and checking some other areas?
