Teams, Zoom or other?

Hi all,

We’re looking firstly at a reliable, solid Audio conference system to replace 8×8 as they are total pony.

We’re looking at MS Teams/SfB and Zoom right now. Does anyone have any opinions on these or suggest another?

One that really stupid people can use without IT intervention is what we’re looking for!

I use Zoom often and find it very high quality for audio and video calls.

I’ve used Teams recently and really like the quality of the audio and video it offers. It seems to work well with my headset without a lot of configuration as well.

In previous roles, I’ve used GoToMeeting, and it’s worked well too.

I have used Zoom, it is a web-based video conferencing tool that allows users to meet online, with or without video. Users can choose to record sessions, collaborate on projects, and share one another’s screens, all with one easy-to-use platform.

I have been using zoom and there’s meet for meeting has meeting rooms. I like both of them. Quite satisfied so far.
