Hello,
I am a Real Estate Developer so I’m not sure where to direct this question. I own a 150-year-old knitting mill in Phoenixville PA, about 35 minutes outside Philadelphia. It’s built like Fort Knox. Part of my business as a developer and homebuilder is I install home automation equipment, mostly lighting control systems. One section of the building I’m putting in a design center. It will have a mock automated home, an architect, a cabinetmaker and an art gallery with a small coffee shop. For the mock automated home I am working with the local phone Co. to have fiber brought into the building. The building will be networked and comes with a large high tech conference room and state-of-the-art security. The goal I’m striving for is ahistorical exterior and a high tech interior. It leaves a whole separate building of 4 floors at 5800 sq./ft each. A friend thought it could be great space for a computer or a .com co.
Could you post this question for insight or do you have any ideas where I should
