I bought Tech Tips for Outlook Support and Tech Tips for Exchange Administrators. When I try to run them, I get “Runtime Error ’13’ Type mismatch”. I also bought the Lunch & Learn Series 2006″ but have not even opened that due to the errors I’m getting with the other two programs. Is there a way to correct this error or may I please have a RMA and a credit?
