Tech Tips for Outlook Support

I bought Tech Tips for Outlook Support and Tech Tips for Exchange Administrators. When I try to run them, I get "Runtime Error '13' Type mismatch". I also bought the Lunch & Learn Series 2006" but have not even opened that due to the errors I'm getting with the other two programs. Is there a way to correct this error or may I please have a RMA and a credit?

Start disabling until you find it.

I would start disabling everything in the start-up one at a time until the problem disapears. This way you can find the source.

I would also use a Registery tool to make sure you find everything starting up.

You may also consider investigating your Device Manager for problems.

I'm sorry, but the Tech Republic programs ARE THE ONLY programs I'm having issues with. So I believe the problem in is the programs themselves not the Startup. However, I will try what you suggested.
