I purchased Tech Tips for Windows Administrators and have tried to Load the Program on my system and the CD will not load. I have tried on both my CD-R and DVD to Load it and to no avail it wil not load. I have also tried to use the install new software program and it also will not load the program. I am running Windows 2000 Professional on a HP Pavillion 8580C with 256 Meg of Ram and over 80 gig of hard drive. It is a P3 at 750. I do not know what further steps I can take to get this program to load. Please advise me as to what I should do at this point.
