I am running W98se, 128MRAM, P3750MZ PC

I continuall get op faults on the following
files:

html32.cnv
and
rnr20.dll

How can I fix this?

Two different problems.
For rnr20.dll, type the following in the address box of Intrenet Exlorer:

MSKB Q241344

The html32.cnv is probably a corrupted file. If you haven't already, install SR-2. That should work you may have to rename the filefirst.

Whew! You're not the first to see this problem. rnr20.dll is the Winsock 2 DLL, and html32.cnv is the HTML text converter plug-in for IE/Office. Run System File Checker (Start>Run>SFC) to restore the original files from the Windows 98 cd. It may be that a program you installed has overwritten original system files. It may be that you have tried to use Windows Update and a download has failed, as both the above files are linked to the ADVPACK files (Windows Update Installers).
