– Experienced Technical Support Manager
– Successfully initiated and developed comprehensive Technical Support environments
– Wrote multiple articles that defined and specified the full scope of Technical Support, including Implementation and Guide to Effective IT Management.

I am actively looking for a new position (in the New York City area) to build and enhance a comprehensive Technical Support environment. I am a results oriented, motivating manager. My ability to align IT strategies with corporate objectives would undoubtedly allow me to contribute significantly to an organization’s goals.
