For the second time in a month or so I’ve tried to download a word document from an article only to be frustrated. Your zip download function provides the word document and a pdf but only the pdf is accessible.
The word document both in the unzipped folder and my temp folder generates a Word dialog box indicating that “The document name or path is not valid and asks to check the file permissions and/or use the File Open dialog to locate the file”. None of this works.
Why is this?
