    ORDER #550248396

    On 07 Dec 2003 you Emailed receipt for above order i.e. Microsoft Office Pak.

    Gina advised o/p 02 Feb 2004 was out of stock but now being posted.

    Barbara on 21 April likewise confirmed o/p.

    I still have received no Pak. Why?

    Unless one is sent to me by return i.e. immediately, I will reverse Payment with Credit Card. They will impose there compulsory chargebacks in addition.

      David,

      The Technical Q&A section is not the correct place to get your problem addressed here at TR.

      Both the T Q&A and the Discussion Center are peer to peer forums loosely monitored by TR staff.

      What you need to do, is click on the Help link in the upper right of most TR pages.
      Then, click on product orders.
      Follow through the links and eventually you will come to a link to contact TR.
