Telnet

I am having a “brain cramp”…I cannot “telnet” into my NT Server anymore but I have not made any changes. I have downed the server and can ping the server sucessfully and can telnet into the router and other devices on the network but not the NT 4 Server….Any Ideas what to try next?? Thanks
