Temp bypass startup folder programs.

by bcasey . Updated 24 years, 8 months ago

Is there a way to temporarily bypass startup folder programs during the boot process? I have a computer that used to be a web server and now I am using it only for sending and receiving email and surfing the web. I installed SP6 on the computer and now when I start the thing it gets multiple errors from some startup programs and will not continue. I clear the error messages and end task the programs but they keep restarting faster than I can shut them down. I am looking for a solution like hitting the “esc” key after you login to bypass the startup folders.

Thanks,

BCasey
