Temp. Files

Sure! Edit your autoexec.bat file to include the following lines:

del c:\temp\ *.tmp
del c:\win98\temp\ *.tmp

This will automatically delete any *.tmp file in those directories when you start you computer. If you're having problems with temp files that begin with "fff.....tmp" located in the c:\win98 directory then it's the MDM.EXE file that creates these files. It doesn't delete them when you should down your computer. You'll have to run MSCONFIG.EXE to remove that from the startup group, restart in DOS mode, rename mdm.exe to something else and restart your computer to resolve this issue.

Good Luck!
