Multiple Users Temp Profile error

I’m having an issue with multiple users in my domain being pushed into Temporary windows accounts. Even after Regedit fix and profiles changed the temp files will be created again eventually.

I have removed computers out of active directory and joined them back in. I have edited the registry to remove any profile that has the .bak extension, re-imaged computers, removed lightspeed off of a couple of computers, removed temp directories in the C:\users directory there continues to be profile issues when people log in. Not sure what the next step is at this point.
