Temporary Internet files

I am trying to find a way to delete temporary internet files from users machines during login. The problem is that I have users that are on 3 platforms (95, 2K, XP). I haven’t been able to make 2k or XP delete the contents of the temporary internet files folder. THey both cant see it through the dos prompt (ie batch file).

Can anyone Help?!
