    Where can I find step-by-step instructions on how to set up terminal services for dial in clients through a firewall?

      Why not have them dial in to a normal Windows 2000 or NT 4 RAS Server and then once they’re connected and sorted out on your network, then they can connect to the terminal server. That is the way that we do it and it works very well. I’m not convinced that having TS, RAS and all other sorts of stuff all on the one box is that good an idea…
