Terminal Server Client Send Mail Error

We use Affirmative Thin Clients to connect to a W2K Terminal Server. When a user attemps to use the “Send Mail->Mail Receipient or Send Mail->Mail Receipient (as attachment)” function inside a Office XP document to send that document via our Exchange 2000 server the users receivethe following two errors.
Error 1: “The object could not be found”
Error 2: “Work couldn’t send because of MAPI failure:”Unspecified error”.” The mail client (Outlook 2002) never opens a “Send mail” Window.
Then nothing happens and the mail is not sent.
Please note that we are using Windows 2000 and that this error occurs whether the Exchange Client (MS Outlook 2002) is open or not.
