Terminal Server consuming multiple licen

Hello,

I am currently running Terminal Services and in checking I realized that several of my client PC’s have been issued multiple permanent licenses (Windows 2000). Is there a way to correct this so that each of the PC’s consume one permanent license? I have downloaded and installed the latest security patches and service packs but the problem exists.
