Terminal server home directory

I have a problem with home directorys

a certain program writes a profile from a certain user to the c drive ed. c:\gamsys\user

but everyone is usin this program and he writes it over an over again so nobody has his own profile

I thougt to resolf it with home directorys bur i have to map a c drive becouse the program writes only to this drive

what can i do
