Terminal Server Manager Problem

By frank99 ·
Until recently I was able to view who was logged into our terminal server by going to the Terminal Server Manager and selecting the server in the left panl. Once I did that I was able right click on the right panel to see the users and sessions information. Shortly after adding a second terminal server to our domain I am not able to view any activity. Server 1 (where users are logged on and running our application software) now has a large yellow question mark in front of the server name in the left panel. Listed under this is server 2 but it has the usual gray icon.

How can I fix it so that I can once again monitor the activity on server 1? I can supply more detail if necessary.

Thanks!

Have you tried clicking on "action", and "connect to all servers" in the domain?
