We have 2 terminal servers Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 R2. Starting monday morning we received many calls that people were not able to print out of Outlook but they could out of IE, Word, etc. They also were unable to punch in our timeclock (it is a link on a webpage that opens up a popup window where they log in and punch in and out for the day). We have not made any changes this weekend and are not having the issue outside of these terminal servers. The only thing we can figure out is that it is not allowing pop-up windows in IE and the pop-up dialog box for Outlook. Any administrators are able to print and have pop-ups. Any suggestions?
