Terminal Server – Printer Created – Won’t Print

I am working with a customer that has a Dell AIO 948 USB printer, that is on a USB port. The printer does create on the Terminal Server, but when you print it sits in the Que with a status of ‘Sent To Printer’. It sat there for 30 minutes with out an error.
