Terminal Server Printers

I have a windows 2000 terminal server in a novell environment (no domain, no active directory). 5 users access the terminal server with novell client for nt/2000. The local printers are autocreated when the user logs in to the terminal server. The problem is that these printer are showing up in each user’s folder that has a session. For example, a user may see HP001/session 1, lexmark/ session3, ibm/session 5, etc. Print jobs are going everywhere. What’s going on? How do I stop it? Thanks for the help. My users are ready to strangle me!!!!
