    Terminal server resolution

    I have clients using MS Terminal server to log into and access applications. The problem is that that they can only get 256 colors.
    THe server show True Colors. Does anyone know how to resolve this or where to go for support.

      Sorry.
      Terminal Services connections in Win2K are limited to 256 colours. That is how TS works. Can’t change it.

      I believe that if you upgrade to Server 2003 you will get the full color option. Also suggest you use the Remote Desktop client software. I have TS clients working this way in full color.
