Terminal Server Sessions

Have a windows 2000 server with terminal services installed. This server is integrated in a novell network. The server has licenses for 10 users and also terminal server license for 10 users. The users login via novell client. I only have 5 users logging in, but I am getting a warning message that the terminal server license is almost reached. When I look at terminal server manager, I only see 6 users. I notice that the users printers come over from their local machines. Do these take up sessions also. I did not set this server up, but I noticed that the license are temporary. Expiration date is in July of this year. Server was set up in application mode. Users are accessing apps. Where are the other 4 licenses? thanks.
