I have 4 terminal servers, 2 of which are running extremly slow, this occurs after a connection is established to the server (prior to entering username and password, so therefore isn't a roaming profile issue). I am stumped.

Check the two slow-running servers if they have enough diskspace left. Remember that programs in a terminal server environment run on the server, so need enough resources on that server. A defrag of the disks may also help. How many users are using the terminal server? You need at least 10 MB RAM per user, more if they are going to be using complex programs on it. Also check if there are unneeded services running on those servers.
Check Network Card Properties esp. the Speed settings. If set to Auto then it may be re-negotiating speed all the time, slowing acces. Set it to a specific value e.g. 100Mbs/Full Duplex for max speed (or whatever your n/w card and router supports).
