Terminal Server unexpectedly shuts down.

By lrbassoc ·
My Terminal Server unexpectedly shutsdown when clients print? I have added memory, moved the swap files, replaced the motherboard and power supply, enlarged partitions. The program is a power builder application accessing Eatsman imaging and a Sybase DB.

It is probably the printer driver. TS is very picky when it comes to printing. Try to use a driver off the TS cd if you are not doing so already. Even if it is for a different model from the same company.

Have you been able to print using applications such as Notepad or Word? If not, my first guess would be the printer driver. I've encountered this in the past. If you are using an HP, you should be able to find a compatible driver on their site (sorry, not exactly sure where, it's been awhile). I had heard a rumor that Microsoft was working on a patch (take that for what you will) so you may want to peruse their site as well

Hope this helps
