On our Terminal servers we are unable to add shortcuts to all users in a particular groups, desktop. If I as the administrator log onto the server add a shortcut to the All Users desktop or to the desktop that their profile in Active Directory points to, it makes no difference. The desktop remains empty.I presume it is locked down somewhere but where are all the places I should look for that conrol?
