Our network was working relatively well for months. Monday around lunchtime, I got a call that there were problems with printing on the network. Upon assessment, the printing problem was limited to ONLY those accessing shared printers from the Terminal Server on the domain. In addition, the only printers that would not connect are those shared through the domain server which also acts as a print server. All other computers on the domain can access those printers, the only computer that cannot is the Terminal Server. Both Servers are running Windows Server 2003 SP2. The Terminal Server is 2003 Standard and the domain controller/print server is 2003 SBS. I have tried everything that I know of to fix this problem and, as a temporary solution, have been able to connect printers directly to the Terminal Server via TCP/IP. Even if that does fix the problem, I still cannot access shares from the Terminal Server.
To add to the confusion, users logged into the Terminal Server can access shared documents and redirected My Documents folders on the Domain Controller, but I cannot access the shares through explorer. I realize that this is most likely a permissions or update issue, but REALLY NEED HELP FIXING IT!!
Thanks in advance for any help.
