Terminal Service Client Windows 98 Inst

I downloaded Terminal Services Advanced Client from Microsoft’s Windows 2000 download web site & when I executed the tswebsetup.exe I received the following via a popup window:

Terminal Services Web Client Setup

Message:
This program is not intended to be used with your version of windows.

I am running Microsoft Windows 98 4.10.1998.
I am also running Internet Explorer 6.0.2600.0000

After reading the documentation, I really thought I should be able to download, install & run TSAC on my windows 98 PC.

Any thoughts?
