Hmm. Very stange question I thought everyone knew that XP came with a sigle user licence of remote desktop (TS).

Of course I say that but I belive its only XP professional..

Anyway to get things working simply click.

Start RUN
HELP

Then choose REMOTE WORKING

Then choose REMOTE DESKTOP

Can I have those points on offer..

You may need to check the rights for the remote desktop users:
In the control panel click the system icon, then select the remote tab. Ensure there is a check beside "allow users to remotely connect to this computer". Administrator (local account) has access by default but click "select remote users" and add the accounts FROM THE DOMAIN you wish to have access.

Good luck
