Terminal Services

I have about 30 Win2k Servers/Advanced Serves running Terminal Services in the remote Admin mode, of the 30 one Win2k Advanced Server bluescreens each time a client tries to connect and one just don’t allow a client to connect, no error message or anything. Terminal Services work fine on all other servers. Any ideas? Note: I have lates service packs and I have un-installed and re-installed terminal services.
