Terminal Services & Exchange Server 2000

Are there any issues running Terminal Services on a Win2000 server that will be running Exchange 2000? The applications will be Microsoft Office 2000 or XP (including Outlook email client). There are 50 users that I would anticipate using the system rather lightly.
