I have printers, mostly HP, that are not printing lines on documents printed through terminal services. The lines are printed most of the time when not using T/S.
When the document is diplayed the lines are displayed. I have tried HP 4, IIID, generic text only and the correct drive for the printer, 4250 drive for a 4250 printer. The IIID driver prints lines but formatting on the rest of the document is incorrect, same with the generic text only driver.
