Terminal Services - Securing with VPN

By PaulHowes ·
I have secured a terminal server by resticting access to only one (my public IP Address) and by changing the port from 3389 to (other)

I have also setup VPN using MS-CHAPv2 and PPTP

I would like to restict VPN to a specified public fixed IP also, but can't find anything about this.

Any sugestions

You need to specify an IP address in the security policy under admin tools. Select Ip sec policies then select secure server. From here add a new rule for encrypting IP traffic and follow the wizard. You could also just edit an existing rule and then edit the IP filter to allow a connection from a designated IP address.
