Hi,
I am taking care of a Terminal Services server for an accounting firm, one of their receptionists has been having trouble printing from inside Terminal Services. She has printers on her local machine but does not have any printers inside of her TS session. Everyone else has access to the printers, everyone except her. Any Ideas?
UPDATE: I have tried all of the MS KB articles relating to this error, none of them seemed to fix the problem. I also noticed that there is a bunch of Warnings and Errors in the Logs, The Warning’s are Event ID: 20, 4, 8, and 2 all from PRINT, the errors are Event ID: 1111, 1112, 1100,1106 from TermServDevices. I have gone through and made sure that printers is selected in RDP to bring over local printers, i have double checked that the connection settings are correct and that the disable printers isn’t checked in the settings of the Terminal Services Configuration. Any ideas would be appreciated!!!
