TerminalServicesCut&pasteToLocal Drive

We are running terminal services on windows 2000 the Terminal service clients are windows2000 professional. How can we cut and paste from the Terminal service Session Window to the local Machine?
Someone mentioned RDCLIP, but I cannot find any traces of it on the Internet.
