The CAT (Cellular Authentication Token) is for securing the access to Internet (and any) Servers by producing One Time Passwords (OTP) using regular Cellulars (and PDAs). The Cellular are disconnected from the Internet and do not use SMS. Have a look at: www.megaas.co.nz
