What’s wrong on the W2k Advanced Server (SP2) if we start getting this error message:
Application Error : The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142)
This is the result of almost all attempts to start a task (e.g. McAfee console, orSAP dispatcher cannot connect to the message manager running on the same box, or mmc.exe).
