The cheapest device with browser and video

By REZUMA ·
Hi everybody.
I am doing a project and i have a question, what devices do we have available in the market to play a flash presentation? It needs to be able to connect to a monitor. Of course i already know PC and PDA. Most of the cheap device like printers, routers, etc comes today with a browser interface that allow you to administer them. I am looking for a device in that range of price with a video output for a monitor and some onput so i can be configured, all the device will do is play the flash intros that i load through the input.

Well, i dont know if it is clear...anyway i will appreciate any help.

Thanks

Well, yes but i was thinking more of a device even cheaper than that, what i am asking here is, that knowing that today almost device can be configure via browser (the devices has built-in a webserver) i would like to find a device that can be connected to a monitor or similar and that shows on that monitor the webserver content, of course it should have a keyboard input....
