The cost ratio

I want to know the fact what’s a typical percentage of different parts in an IT. The enterprise has 5000 employees.

I hope to divide the cost percentage by:
system (Hardware, OS, and Database);
Network equipments;
Application development or procurement;
Maintenance (support or service contract);
Labor;

Anybody can give me some hints?
