I’ve just read “The Dumb Users Stories of 1999”.
I’m bothered by the arrogance displayed by most of the contributors.
Just imagine if you were treated that way by another professional, ie your doctor, dentist, lawyer. You obviously need these other people & their services & I’m sure they have every “right” to think how dumb you are if you can’t do what they do.
