The file atribute for “read” only [when you right click on a folder} will not stay unchecked [disabled],and I think that could be the reason why I can not make a new copy of a folder that contains a few other sub folders.I have to go to the last sub-folder and make individual copies of each folder that may be in the last sub-folder.This is obviously a great waste of time when I should be able to just make one copy of the first folder.I am using Xp home edition operating system.
Is there a registry editor tweek that will turn off that “read “only file attribute option since it does not seem to work properly,would a batch program of some sort turn it off.
